The working group focuses on advancing Europe's PV manufacturing capabilities to achieve global cost competitiveness while ensuring sustainability and innovation. The scope includes studying opportunities across the PV value chain to strengthen Europe's position in the global PV market, analysing cost structures and providing policy recommendations.Â
