Strategic R&I Agenda for PV updated

ETIP PV in collaboration with EERA PV published recently the updated version of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda for Photovoltaics (SRIA PV).

The SRIA analyses five interlocking challenges of PV research and innovation, topics broadly encompassed under themes of performance enhancement and cost reduction, manufacturing processes, quality and circularity, integration and dual purpose along with public support and the socio-economic transition. The report includes updates of the KPIs, actions and target by 2030 in the different challenges, starting from the version of 2022.

This updated report will serve as basis to establish the Co-Programmed Partnership  with the European Commission by prioritising the R&I funds and calls for the Photovoltaics sector in the upcoming years. 

To help preparing the Co-Programmed Partnership SRIA, the ETIP PV organised a parallel event during the EU PVSEC 2024 in Vienna where the experts collected input from the community in table discussions. The CEP SRIA will be finalised beggining 2025.
