NEW! Report on Eco-design & Energy Labelling for PV modules, inverters and systems in the EU

In May 2020, the ETIP PV together with PVthin, SolarPower Europe, the European Solar Manufacturing Council, and the IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Renewable Energy Applications (IECRE) started a Joint Mission Group with the aim of guiding and supporting the European Commission in the development of Eco-Design, Energy Labeling and Green Public Procurement criteria for solar photovoltaic modules, inverters and systems. The results of this effort are collected in an Expert Input Paper which contains a revision of the criteria proposed by the EC in its Preparatory Study for Eco-Design, Energy Labelling, Green Public Procurement and Ecolabelling as well as concrete policy recommendations.
